Business Partner Contact - Trax Retail
This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Partner Contact, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' daily operations. You'll handle projects from start to finish, making sure things run smoothly for both clients and our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quick Response: Answer internal team and external client requests quickly and accurately.
- Communication Hub: Gather, comprehend, and efficiently relay project data between clients and our internal teams.
- Reporting: Provide system reports or analytics to Account Managers, operations, clients, and management as needed.
- Multi-tasking Pro: Manage numerous tasks in a dynamic setting, guaranteeing precise and punctual follow-ups and delivery of products and services.
- Knowledge Development: Develop and sustain expertise in your field by acquiring and retaining product and industry knowledge.
- Progress Monitoring: Follow up on project progress to ensure successful execution.
- Flexibility: Perform other assigned duties.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Business to Business relations/sales experience is a MUST.
- Advanced English proficiency
- 2+ years of college studies or 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with internal teams and clients.
- Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
